Artichokes

  1. You know, it honestly never occurred to me to not clip the ends if it’s just me. I just do it the way my mom did it.

    Now, two other things. Two weeks ago, I served Bill his very first artichoke. The fact that he lived 37 years without eating an artichoke? SAD. Now of course, he loves them.

    And, do you have any good artichoke recipes you’d like me to have ;-)

  2. There are people who don’t trim the ends of the leaves??? Do they not trim asparagus either? Do they eat the pithy part of bell peppers? This is all very shocking to me.

  3. I don’t like the look of the artichoke, thus I’ve never had one. Based on the first comment, I’m wondering how deprived I really am.
